Scientific and Methodological Centre for Higher and Pre-higher Education

The Ukranian Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food established the Scientific and Methodological Center for Higher and Pre-Higher Education in 1997 with the goal of coordinating, improving, and unifying scientific, training, and methodological support of higher education institutions in the field of agriculture at a higher and qualitatively new level. SMC HPHE is a state scientific educational institution that reports to Ukraine’s Ministry of Education and Science and serves as a link between educational institutions and ministries.
